Anthony’s approach to his legal career over the years has been quite simple: create compelling content. After studying law and rhetoric at College of the Holy Cross, Anthony aspires each day to connect with the learned readers of the Rhode Island Judiciary to create positive litigation outcomes.

Anthony focuses his time on writing appellate briefs on complex litigation matters, on a diverse array of subjects, ranging from real estate to other civil matters. Previously, Anthony served as a Judicial Law Student Extern for the former Chief Justice William E. Smith of the United States District Court of Rhode Island. Anthony has also been published in the law review for the Arizona Law Journal of Emerging Technologies, writing about negligence, automobile insurance, and the technological advancement of autonomous vehicles. Anthony graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in two and a half years, graduating Cum Laude, a Dean’s Scholar, and a Presidential Scholar, and is in his third year as a member of the firm.

Christian joined Mancini Carter as a law clerk in June 2023, and later as an Associate in October 2024. His practice focuses on the areas of real estate, business, and property tax and assessment law.

A Rhode Island resident for most of his life, Christian is motivated to serve the needs of the community. He earned his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law and his B.A. from Providence College. During law school, Christian worked in the Legal Department of a rising New York startup company, where he focused on regulatory compliance and data protection policies. Christian received C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Awards in Transactional Lawyering Contract Drafting and Legal Research and Writing during his time in law school. These awards are given to the highest scoring student in each class at law schools across the country.

Raffaelo Manzo is a civil litigator focusing on commercial, construction, land use and real property disputes. He also handles land development, assisting developers in filing municipal various applications to municipalities. Prior to his position as Associate, he worked at Mancini Carter, PC, as a law clerk throughout law school from May 2022 until graduation.

He graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2024. During his time at school, he served as a judicial intern at the United States District Court, for the District of Rhode Island under the Honorable Judge Mary S. McElroy. Additionally, Raffaelo received C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Awards in Federal Income Taxation during his time in law school. These awards are given to the highest scoring student in each class at law schools across the country.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of Rhode Island.
