The members of Bluedog Capital Partners have a combined 57 years of experience in the real estate industry as capital investors, property owners, and managers, and together they control a portfolio of assets valued in excess of $100 million dollars.

Mancini Carter structures Bluedog Capital Partners’ complex loan transactions, ensuring they are properly documented and securely collateralized so as to provide the lender with direct access to the collateral.
Moreover, Mancini Carter handles Bluedog Capital Partners’ real estate development by obtaining the necessary state and local approvals for construction and development of its projects, which include office, retail, residential and self-storage.
Currently, Mancini Carter has worked with Bluedog to secure approvals for the construction of a self-storage facility in Cranston and South Kingstown, Rhode Island.
