John Mancini assists Paolino Properties in its property tax and assessment matters, lease agreements, evictions, property acquisitions, and re-financing. Most recently, John has facilitated Paolino Properties acquisition of the former Cherry & Webb building on Westminster Street, The Halsey Building on Prospect Street, Tilden Thurber Building on Westminster Street, and the refinancing of the Narragansett Brewery Parkade, as well as the 444 Westminster Street office park.
